PatientFlow MS is an administrative patient flow tracking tool designed to help hospitals monitor operational metrics such as patient counts, area throughput, and shift-level KPIs.
PatientFlow MS is not a medical device, clinical decision support system, electronic health record (EHR), or any form of regulated healthcare software. It has not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.
PatientFlow MS tracks operational and administrative metrics only. It does not provide, suggest, recommend, or influence any clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, medication orders, or patient care protocols.
All clinical judgment and patient care decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified, licensed healthcare professionals at your institution.
PatientFlow MS does not process, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI) on Ruqelo LLC systems. All data entry, storage, and management occurs within your own Google Workspace account, under your organization's control and policies.
Ruqelo LLC has no access to patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, treatment data, or any other PHI that you may choose to track within your own Google environment.
Your organization remains solely responsible for maintaining compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable healthcare privacy and security regulations in your jurisdiction.
PatientFlow MS is a productivity and operational tracking tool — not a HIPAA-covered service, business associate, or covered entity. We do not enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for PatientFlow MS because we do not access or process PHI.
All clinical, administrative, and operational decisions made using information derived from PatientFlow MS remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and hospital leadership at your institution.
PatientFlow MS is intended to supplement — not replace — existing hospital protocols, clinical workflows, and professional judgment.
While we strive for accuracy in our tracking formulas, dashboard configurations, and operational calculations, Ruqelo LLC makes no warranty that data tracked, displayed, or reported through PatientFlow MS is complete, accurate, or error-free.
Always verify critical operational and clinical data through your institution's official systems, policies, and qualified personnel before making decisions that affect patient care or hospital operations.
