By purchasing, accessing, or using PatientFlow MS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply only to PatientFlow MS (patientflowms.com) and do not apply to any other Ruqelo LLC products, websites, or services.
PatientFlow MS provides Google Sheets templates, Looker Studio dashboard templates, setup guides, and optional managed setup services for hospital patient flow tracking. The Service is designed to help emergency departments and hospitals monitor operational metrics — not to store or process clinical patient records.
Template Plan: Upon purchase, you receive a single-hospital, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the PatientFlow MS template files within your organization. One license per hospital or healthcare facility.
Managed Pro Plan: A monthly subscription that includes managed setup, customization, and ongoing support. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 5.
Template Plan: One-time payment of $149 USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Managed Pro Plan: $299 USD per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Template Plan: No refunds after template files have been delivered. If files have not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Managed Pro Plan: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period already charged.
You agree that you will not:
All templates, designs, documentation, dashboards, formulas, and systems provided through PatientFlow MS remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ruqelo LLC. Your purchase grants a limited license to use — not ownership of — these materials.
Your hospital's operational data, configurations, and any content you enter into your own Google Workspace account remain your property.
PatientFlow MS is an administrative patient flow tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support. All clinical decisions remain solely with qualified healthcare professionals at your institution. See our Medical Disclaimer for more information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruqelo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PatientFlow MS, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or operational disruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Ruqelo LLC for PatientFlow MS in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruqelo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PatientFlow MS shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, USA, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to PatientFlow MS at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use template materials ceases immediately.
